“I had such a great experience at New England Tech, that I came back to help others get started in their own careers.”

~ Lauren Blanchette, Admissions Officer, Video and Audio Production Technology, graduate 1999

As an open-admissions institution, New England Tech welcomes students from all backgrounds, with no previous educational experience required. What’s more, you can contact us anytime — classes begin four times a year, in January, March/April, July and October.

Thanks to experienced Admissions Officers who are ready to help you in any way they can, the admissions process is made as easy as possible. This website is a great tool as well. With the click of a mouse, you can explore options like:

  • What’s New — Get updated information about Admissions. Find out about the New England Tech “culture” — awards, competitions and all the latest news. A great way to get to know us.
  • Career Services — What a menu of opportunities here! Whether you need career services while you’re attending classes or upon graduation, you’ll see how instrumental our experienced Career Services Representatives can be.
  • Financial Aid — New England Tech has the lowest tuition of any private college in Rhode Island and offers a financial plan for everyone. The Admissions process includes a meeting with a Financial Aid Officer — an expert ready to help qualified applicants explore every option. At New England Tech, the last thing we want is for tuition to come between you and your education.
  • New England Tech is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. (NEASC) and many of our programs maintain individual accreditation. For example, our Electronics Engineering Technology Bachelor’s program is accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission (TAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABBET).

The commitment we’ve made to adapt our programs keeps New England Tech vital. With hard work and diligence, we’ve developed a sharp insight for knowing which skill will be in demand by an ever-changing job market. Imparting those skills to our students brings our greatest satisfaction.
