Getting an education in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration can be a wonderful first step towards a rewarding and interesting career. While many new HVAC technicians choose to stop with a certificate or a two-year degree, plenty of others want to continue their education to have the best opportunity to enter the workforce farther up the ladder. For these students, earning a Bachelor’s Degree from one of the schools on this list is a great place to start. At the New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, students can pursue a two-year degree in HVAC. From there, graduates are eligible to continue their studies at NEIT and pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management Technology. Graduates of this program will have a fundamental understanding of HVAC technologies in addition to background in the technologies that are driving global business overall. NEIT graduates can go on to purse a career in HVAC repair, or start their own business with the knowledge they have gained.
