About Merit Scholarships
We’re doing everything we can to make your degree from New England Institute of Technology as affordable as possible.
Beyond the need-based institutional financial aid that we provide to the vast majority of our students each year, we also offer institutionally supported merit scholarships, ranging from $1,000 to $12,000 in annual, renewable awards.
All students are considered for merit-based scholarships, with no separate application required. Many scholarships are based on criteria such as high school academic performance, leadership and community service. We also offer scholarships for students participating in:
- Skills USA
- FIRST® Robotics Tech Challenge
- Project Lead the Way
See our Scholarships and Grants page for additional details.
If you are awarded a scholarship through the admissions process and also have financial need, your merit award will be incorporated into your need-based financial aid package. If you qualify for more than one merit award, you’ll be entitled to one merit scholarship – the one with the largest award amount.
Don’t let your concern about college costs stand in the way of your career success. If you haven’t already, apply online, and start creating the future you want today.
