Getting an education in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration can be a wonderful first step towards a rewarding and interesting career. While many new HVAC technicians choose to stop with a certificate or a two-year degree, plenty of others want to continue their education to have the best opportunity to enter the workforce farther up the ladder.
