VET Tech students attend Annual Convention

Veterinary Technology (VET) students and graduates attended the 152nd Annual American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Convention held July 10-14, 2015, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.   The 8,900 convention attendees included veterinarians, veterinary students, veterinary technicians, veterinary technician students, and exhibitors.  Nearly 590 attendees were veterinary technicians or veterinary technician students.  More than 1,000 educational sessions and 300 exhibitors were on hand.  The college’s VET students received complimentary registration provided by the AVMA.
