For the second time this fall, New England Institute of Technology (NEIT) was ranked among the best automotive repair schools in the United States for the quality of its automotive technology degree programs for 2016-17.
Earlier this fall, NEIT landed on the best colleges list released by The Community for Accredited Online Schools (AccreditedSchoolsOnline.org), a leading higher education information and resource provider. More recently, NEIT was ranked among the best 40 automotive colleges, universities and trade schools by CJ Pony Parts, one of the oldest Ford Mustang parts and accessories retailers worldwide.
To develop its rankings, CJ Pony Parts started with a large collection of America’s public and private colleges, universities and trade schools, and then evaluated them based on closeness with the automotive industry, price, and livability using metrics from areavibes.com.
To determine the rankings compiled by the Community for Accredited Online Schools, CEO and founder Doug Jones says: “We analyzed data from thousands of colleges across the U.S. to determine its list of top schools. The Schools on this list offer excellent education programs for up-and-coming service technicians and mechanics, and are also committed to connecting students with job opportunities after graduation.”
New England Tech offers degrees in Automotive Technology, Auto Body Technology, and Marine Technology as well as on-campus and online Automotive Service Management degrees. Some degree programs can be completed in as little as 18 months and are designed to fit the schedule of working professionals.
