Richard I. Gouse, President of NEIT, is pleased to announce the launch of the University’s new College of Health Sciences (CHS) located at its East Greenwich, Rhode Island campus. The College of Health Sciences will be housed in a 50,000 sq. ft. space within the 320,000 sq. ft. main campus building. The College of Health Sciences' learning spaces are equipped with interactive high-fidelity nursing and surgical simulation labs, surgical suites, rehabilitation centers and the latest medical equipment available in the healthcare industry.
New England Institute of Technology announced that all students who participate in on-campus classes or activities will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the start of the fall term which begins on October 4, 2021.

The Shipbuilding and Advanced Manufacturing Institute (SAMI) was established by NEIT to help fill a pipeline of skilled workers to be hired by regional manufacturers. The SAMI program, located at NEIT’s Post Road Campus in Warwick, Rhode Island, is seeking applicants for its machinist training program to fill multiple positions with local employers.
