New England Institute of Technology admits qualified students of any race, color, religion, sex, age, disability or national and ethnic origin to all the rights and privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The college has designated Seth Kurn, Executive Vice President, to coordinate the college’s efforts to comply with Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and other laws, orders and regulations governing discrimination.
